Set within the exclusive area of Alto do Perogil, and only 5 minutes by car from the centre of historic and picturesque Tavira, the property enjoys extensive landscaped gardens which are very safe with no major roads or noise.
The property consists of hall, comfortable L shaped lounge with open fireplace, dining area and fully equipped kitchen.
The pool and gardens can be accessed through the patio doors directly via the lounge or by the main entrance. Three very good sized double bedrooms on three floors offer more than ample luggage storage and wardrobe space. Each bedroom enjoys its own bathroom, one being en-suite and all bathrooms have full shower facilities and WC, with one bathroom having a full sized bath.

This house is owned by Garry & Beverley Winfield. We have spent and continue to spend most of our holidays on the Portuguese Algarve.
We have been visiting the Algarve for a number of years (Over 20) and eventually we came to the conclusion that we should buy a property that suited all our needs in the area that we feel truly relaxed and comfortable with.
